At WoodRose, every piece is crafted with care using solid teak wood and inspected before dispatch. However, if you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at woodrose@mpveneers.com or WhatsApp us (+91-9422148000) with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once the request is verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- The request must be made within the specified return window
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order products
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, WoodRose will cover the return shipping.
- For other approved cases, return shipping costs may be applicable.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Our products are made from solid teak wood, a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, or color are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
